1st Annual BerryFest Car Show WSC

The gates open at 6:00 am. If a group wants to park together, you must arrive and line up together. Cars will enter from the Gibson Rd entrance into the fairgrounds from 6:30 am until 9:00 am; we will park the cars along the midway grass area. As we anticipate many spectators, all cars must be parked by 9:00 am. The show and judging will officially start at 9:00 am and continue until the awards at 2:00 pm. From 9:00 am to 4:00pm exhibitors can enjoy the many activities the BerryFest has to offer, including the many food vendors and live music and beer garden.

In addition to the show, there will be many raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Show posters and t-shirts will be on sale.

Registration: $30.00 for single day and $50.00 for both days Pre-Registration postmarked by May 1, 2025. Entry confirmation emails/cards will be mailed on May 5th. Confirmations for entries received after May 1st will be at registration on the day of the show. Pre-Registration secures you a complimentary dash plaque and car show tshirt!. Please mail your registration form and entry fee to the address on the next page. Registration on the day of the event: $40.00 single day and $60.00 for both days.. No Refunds

Where we are…

From Sacramento: Take I-5 North/West to Woodland and exit on Main Street. Turn left and travel West on Main Street to East Street. Turn left on East, left on Gibson Rd, then left at the fairgrounds entrance which is at the 4 ways stop at the county fair mall entrance.

From the North: Take I-5 South/East to Woodland and exit 113 south to Gibson Rd. Turn right and travel West go through the Matmor Rd stop light and the next stop light turn right into the Gibson Rd Fairground's entrance.

From Vacaville and the Bay Area: Take I-80 East towards Sacramento. Take the Hwy 113 exit to Woodland. Exit Hwy 113 at Gibson Rd. Turn left and travel West go through the Matmor Rd stop light and the next stop light turn right into the Gibson Rd Fairground's entrance.

Liability Release: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and spectators, by execution of this form, release and discharge Woodland Street Cruisers, Inc., Yolo County Fairgrounds, and all other named sponsors, and their officers, directors, employees, agents representatives and servants and anyone else connected with management or presentation of this “1st annual BerryFest Car show”, of and from all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or guest, to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing firms, persons, and bodies of and from all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any other participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction of or control of the entrants. Management will do all in its power to cooperate with participants to ensure a successful event. We ask that you please do the same. Kindly observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules, and fire ordinances and maintain conduct befitting a representative of the sport of car show events. Entrants release the above-named sponsors to use all photos, names, and credits as it seems fit to promote pre and post-show promotion/press releases, including all magazines, periodicals, and weekly radio and TV usage.
