For over 40 years, Woodland has hosted some of the premier automotive events in Northern California and has been an important fixture on our community calendar, bringing hundreds of vehicles and spectators into town. This year we are doing something new and exciting by bringing back a more relaxed version of what started in 1979 as the original “Hot August Nights Cruise.”
Program of Events:
The gates open at 6:30 am. If a group wants to park together, you must arrive and line up together. From 6:30 am until 9:00 am, we will park the cars along Main Street. As we anticipate many spectators, all cars must be parked by 9:00 am. The show and judging will officially start at 9:00 am and continue until the awards at 2:00 pm. From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, participants will have a chance to relax and enjoy the many things Downtown Woodland offers, including a good selection of stores and restaurants.
In addition to the show, there will be many raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Show posters and t-shirts will be on sale. Additionally, many downtown restaurants and businesses will be offering specials.
Registration: $35.00 for Pre-Registration postmarked by May 13, 2024. Registration includes the show and the cruise! Entry confirmation emails/cards will be mailed on May 5th. Confirmations for entries received after May 13th will be at registration on the day of the show. Pre-Registration secures you a complimentary dash plaque. Please mail your registration form and entry fee to the address on the next page.
Registration on the day of the event: $45.00. No Refunds
All vehicles must be parked by 9:00am
