Liability Release: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and spectators, by execution of this form, release and discharge Pioneer High School, The Woodland Street Cruisers, Inc. and their officers, directors, employees, agents representatives and servants and anyone else connected with management or presentation of this Car Show of and from all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or guest, to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the preceding firms, persons, and bodies of and from all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any other participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction of or control of the entrants. Management will do everything possible to cooperate with participants to ensure a successful event. We ask that you please do the same. Kindly observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules, and fire ordinances and maintain conduct that is representative of the sport of car show events. I understand smoking and alcohol are prohibited on the school property. I have read and agree to all the rules and conditions of this event as set forth on this form, and I agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event manager.

I also certify that the vehicle entered above is safe and that I have at least the minimum liability insurance required by the State of California.
